Job Title: Technical Product Owner
Your Role
- Works directly and provides technical product requirements to Agile scrum teams and drive technical product delivery
- Developing system architecture for microservices based Control and IoT platforms
- Definition and documentation of application architecture and development of content for user stories for the scrum teams
- Actively participates in product backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project teams release planning sessions
- Lead and mentor engineers in design and development best practices
- Guide the design, development, and delivery of rich applications using Java, Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, React.JS, HTML5, CSS, and related frameworks.
- Buildsre-usable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure technical feasibility, Security and robustness of designs and technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders like Enterprise Architects, Product owners and Scrum teams
- Applications development for web working in Windows and Unix environments
- Identify and define technical product requirements that align to product strategy for moderately complex problems
- Define non-functional technical requirements
- Scouting for new technologies to solve our customers BioManufacturing/ Process Development challenges
Who You Are :
- Computer Sciences Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years' experience in Software Engineering
- At least 5 year of experience with Java Springboot, Hibernate or Swagger APIs
- Knowledge of FDA Regulatory Issues for the Pharmaceutical and Biologics, specifically cGMP, GAMP, and CFR is a big plus
- Exposure to Manufacturing models and concepts in Life Science and Healthcare industry is a big plus
- Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, ReactJS Library
- Experience with Web standards including HTML5 and CSS3 is a big plus
- Experience working with configuration management tools like BitBucket/Git
- Experience working Microsoft MS SQL, Tomcat servers
- Self-starter on new technologies and frameworks with a strong sense for validating them by developing prototypes and comparison metrics
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework is an added advantage
- Experienced and effective in working across boundaries and functions
- Experience defining technical product requirements in an ambiguous setting
- Strong analytical skills; including the ability to interpret customer needs into application and operational requirements via user stories and acceptance criteria
