Job Title: Senior Development Manager - Web/AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

You are a seasoned Web developer and SCRUM master. With your extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) you understand, architect and design complex web content management systems (WCMS) in a highly complex and dynamic environment. You collaborate closely with international colleagues, mainly from Germany and US. As certified Scrum master and line manager you and your team deliver highest quality solutions in line with business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design and develop complex WCMS solutions based on Adobe Experience Manager
  • Line management responsibility for an agile development team (development and QA engineers)
  • Scrum master


Qualification, Years of Experience & Skills:
  • Total of close to 15 years of experience
  • Leadership skills > 5 years
  • Technical Project or Program Management > 10 years
  • WCMS solutions > 10 years
  • Adobe AEM and Adobe product suite > 4 years, excellent architecture and design knowledge
  • Certified SCRUM master
  • Proven experience leading SCRUM teams implementing AEM
  • Pharma industry and pharma regulations experience would be a plus
  • Strong communicator
  • Fluent English
  • Master degree in information technology or related


Specific information related to the position:
  • Willingness for occasional international travel
  • Willingness to occasionally stay up to 3 months in Germany or US
  • Flexibility to attend critical meetings remotely across different time zones (Europe, North America, LatAm)
  • Willingness and ability to continually develop itself and the team in modern technologies and digitalization
  • Ability to potentially manage additional external resources
  • Willingness to work in shifts
